Returns are simple and free with Collect+. Click here to process a return.
If you are not happy with your shephy.com purchase for any reason, you can return your item to us within 30 days for a refund or exchange. Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this time.
SHEPHY will refund any item you are not happy with and cover the cost of the return postage from a UK address. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will automatically refund you to your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so please allow up to 30 days for your refund to show up in your account.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, all items must be returned to us in the same condition as purchased new. We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
We reserve the right to reduce the refunded amount (up to the value of the contract price) where the item's value is diminished and is not in a resellable condition.
Please obtain proof of posting containing the postage details when you return your item. We do not accept liability for items that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Your return will be processed within seven working days of you returning your item to us. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages & Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept the return of gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
If the item were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, we would issue a gift card for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will email a gift card code to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gifted to you, we will refund them to their original payment method.
A twelve-month limited warranty guarantees all SHEPHY® products to be free from defective materials and craftsmanship. We recommend you retain your order and payment confirmation emails as verification of your purchase.
Limited Warranty Guidelines
The limited warranty covers items bought directly from SHEPHY and does not extend to third-party marketplaces, retailers or private sellers.
The limited warranty is not transferable.
If your claim is approved, we will replace your item, and if a replacement item is unavailable, you will receive a discount code or gift card to the value of the original purchase price for use on SHEPHY.COM. We do not offer refunds for limited warranty claims.
Products acquired from SHEPHY.COM in satisfaction of a warranty claim will be covered under this limited warranty for the remainder of the original twelve-month limited warranty period, as measured from the original item's date of purchase—the warranty period does not restart.
The limited warranty coverage for your defective product terminates upon the resolution of your warranty claim.
Limited Warranty Exclusions
Unlike synthetic 'sheepskin', shearling (genuine sheepskin) is a natural, biodegradable product. Over the first few months of wear, the shape of the foot moulds into the shearling, and it is perfectly normal for bald leather patches to appear in the areas of the foot's pressure points. Hard and rough skin on the wearer's feet acts like sandpaper and will accelerate the process. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under this limited warranty.
Because suede and sheepskin are natural products, they may display irregularities and variations in colour and texture. This may cause variations in some products' fit and wear and are not covered under this limited warranty.
Problems that arise from normal wear and tear, machine-washing, alteration or modification, misuse or improper use, neglect, or improper storage are not covered under this limited warranty.
In some cases, there may be slight dye transfer when the suede or sheepskin comes in contact with other materials or from normal daily wear—this is not covered under this limited warranty.
Improper fit and comfort issues are not covered under this limited warranty.
Items with any labelling removed are not covered under this limited warranty.

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. It must be in its original condition, unworn, with tags and in the original packaging.
